Shipping & Exchange Policy

Packages that are returned to Material Femme due to an incomplete or incorrectly supplied address, customers will be responsible for any new shipping costs associated with re-sending the package.

The standard shipping is Priority Mail via USPS, 2-3 business day delivery from the date that it is shipped out, not from the date that the order is placed.  The shipping fee added to your order includes the weight of the product, tracking number confirmation, insurance, shipping and handling. Every package will have a tracking number. Once the payment is accepted you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order. Once your item(s) is shipped, you will be notified by email with your tracking number.

Please allow 5-7 business days (except for pre-orders, harnesses and hats) to process your order

Please note that MaterialFemme.com is NOT, under any circumstance, responsible for packages lost/damaged in transit, incorrectly supplied addresses, unclaimed/refused packages, or lost/stolen packages marked "Delivered" by USPS. If your package falls under any of these categories, please contact USPS directly to file a claim at 800-275-8777. 

MaterialFemme is NOT responsible for any potential delays after items have been shipped as it is provided by the carrier and may vary with weather and package origin and destination.

PRE-ORDERS

A lot of times, we allow customers to purchase products while in the production phase. With that, any product(s) marked pre-order will have a ship date in the item description. Products may ship on or before the date provided. Once the pre-order item is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and your order will ship using the method chosen at checkout.

If a pre order is purchased with "ready to ship" products, we will NOT separate the order as shipping is paid for once. The entire order will ship together on or before the scheduled pre-oder ship date.

EXCHANGES

Given the exclusivity of each piece, we do not offer refunds in the form of original payment. Material Femme is dedicated to producing quality items. We take great pride in ensuring no orders are fullfilled with faults what so ever.

We do allow exchanges or store credit on FULL priced merchandise. We do not offer cancellations.

Please advise us about an exchange within 2 days of receiving the merchandise. If you used a discount code for your purchase - your sale is final.

Item(s) must have all tags attached & no stains (perfumes, deodorant, makeup, etc). We have the right to deny your exchange due to the item not being in sellable condition.

Shipping back to Material Femme HC will be paid by the customer.

POSSIBLE DELAYS

COVID -19 USPS/ INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY UPDATES:

Delay in Service Guarantee effective Oct 1, 2020.; Domestic USPS, and our international service estimated delivery windows are now being affected. Sadly, we cannot control shipping carrier delays.

Tracking updates may take an additional 5-7 business days to update. Please be aware before placing an order.

Delays are possible during our Holiday and Sale Season. Please keep in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.
